FREE UK DELIVERY

We offer free UK delivery to all items being dispatched to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

For personalised items - provided your item is in stock your item be dispatched within 7-10 working days after placing your order. (not including weekends and bank holidays) This may increase during busy periods and confirmation will be sent when orders are placed.

All items ordered can be collected from our office at a time arranged to suit.


International Delivery

Deliveries to Europe, Ireland and rest of the world will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked delivery service or via APC courier. Prices will be calculated when order is placed/quoted.  We cannot guarantee delivery times for overseas deliveries and we can not be held responsible if these items are lost in transit.  We are not responsible for any customs or duty payments that may be due in the destination country. 

General Delivery Information

We will do our very best to get items completed and dispatched to you for the date you need them. if you need an item very quickly we recommend that you contact us to confirm that we can complete the order in time.

Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.

Items can be delivered anytime therefore we recommend that you have your item delivered to an address where someone will be in to sign for the item.  If you are not in when an item a delivery is attempted it is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery time.

if your item is returned to us no signature could be obtained or the address is incorrect, we will need to re-arrange carriage costs to send the item out again.
