Plain garments can be returned, and you will receive a full refund. You must return them within 28 days, and they should be in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns of personalised items, unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery. If you fail to do this, a replacement order is not guaranteed.
How Do I Return My Order?
For plain garments, Let us know within 28 days, mail the item back to us with your order number included in the parcel.
For personalised garments we ask that you send an email to email@example.com. letting us know why you want to return it and provide an image of the issue. We will always try our best to resolve any customer issues, so get in contact with our sales team to start the returns process.
We will NOT allow returns or refunds for personalised items with a mistake made by the customer, we do not accept returns on items which have been damaged through wear and tear, an accident or misuse.
